Hello Everyone!
My guest today is named Melissa Snow. Melissa Snow is a life coach that has a lot to say on the topic of relationships. More specifically, Melissa Snow is versed in relationships in which one partner has a felony conviction. These relationships have an extra bit of strain on them. Melissa speaks from experience and identifies what these strains are and how to handle them. This is an important episode for those of us dealing with the ongoing processes involved with reintegration.
I really liked the things Melissa had to say in our interview and I'm positive you'll get something out of our chat.

Hello!
I came home from prison in 2008. I was gone for 7 years and 11 months. There were instantaneously recognizable changes along with some surprise about things that hadn't changed. I've been home 12 years and off paper since 2010 when my sentence discharged.
This journey after incarceration is ever changing and hopefully an ever growing experience. Even after these 12 years, I'm still learning how to adjust. Every once in a while the big "x" on back turns neon and flashes in new situations for which I hadn't really anticipated. I had one of those experiences recently and I want to share it with you in the hope that it's something you can relate to.
I was certain that I was being screwed with by the DPS worker that was supposed to be renewing my driver's license because of my felony conviction. Turns out, I was wrong....
Join me as I discuss this experience and how it has changed me for the better.

Hello and Merry Christmas!
Over the years, I've had many, many, many people ask to be on my little podcast. Out of the 190 whatever episodes, only a handful don't have a guest. The reason for that has always been the abundance of people wanting to come on the podcast. It is for that reason that I have almost never had anyone on twice. It's happened before but only a couple of times.
My guest this week is an exception to the rule. John Vespacian is a returning guest. He has an excellent point of view and applies his life experiences to describe how to navigate life's hurdles. He's the author of several books and he presents his information in a concise manner that simply makes sense.
John called in from the Netherlands for our chat so there is a minor delay in our question/answer. Check out my interview with John Vespacian on this week's podcast.

Hi There!
Dr. Clete Bulach comes from a career in Education and has spent most of that time on the administrative end. He now has a company called Professional Development and Assessment Center. One of the services offered by this company is providing traing in conflict resolution and management. This is where Clete and my paths have crossed.
When comining home from long periods of incarceration, the former offender must learn to rid themslves of the survival/prison mentality. Society does not work the way prison does. Settling conflict with violence will simply get someone locked up again. These behaviors must be unlearned. Join as Clete describes how this can be done. You can find out more about Clete here: Clete Bulach.
