Hello everyone and welcome to this week's edition of the show. I used to be skeptical about hypnotherapy...not any more. My guest this week, David A. Blender is a clinical hypnotherapist that specializes in addressing issues that ex-offenders most commonly struggle with. Self-esteem, positive life change, and addiction have proven to be areas that David can successfully address through his therapeutic techniques. David and I have a great discussion about the effectiveness of hypnotherapy to address post incarceration issues on this week's episode. You can learn more about David at http://www.hypnotictheraputics.com Remember, If God is for you, who can be against you?

Let's face it. There is nothing you or I can do to change the fact that we have been to prison. This is a fact of our history and there is nothing we can do to change that fact. My guest this week, Marc Lerner, calls that an "uncontrollable fact". Marc Lerner has developed ways to excel in life despite these sorts of "uncontrollable facts". His interview with me is full of absolutely fantastic ideas along these lines. After the interview, check out Marc's web page at http://ahealthywaytobesick.org

Hey there and welcome to this week's edition of the show. I'm not an expert or even trained in the slightest way about psychological issues, but I am entitled to my opinion and having said that - I have long felt that anti-anxiety medications are overused in the criminal justice systems. It seems to me like the powers that be would rather neutralize an individual with medication rather than help them deal with their behavior. However, it is also very clear that some individuals do in fact need medication. There are men and women that go into prison with an actual diagnosis and are in need of help. These are the individuals this week's program is about. My guest this week, Jeremiah Russell, has been through the system with this sort of need and has been courageous enough to write about his struggles. The information presented today is useful for men and women in Jeremiah's position and to the families and friends of loved ones in Jeremiah's position. Jeremiah is indeed a great resource. Hey everyone and welcome to this week's show. He spent many years in and out of jail and eventually was incarcerated for six years. Upon release, he decided to get his life together and has been very successful in the automotive industry. These days, Les Schmidt is doing what he can to share the path of his success with others - especially ex-offenders. He has written two excellent books and is currently a life coach and a mentor when he is not working in his beloved auto shop. Les Schmidt is my very special guest on this week's show. You can check out more about Les and his life at http://www.lesschmidt.com/ Remember, if God is for you, who can be against you!
