It has been a while since we have taken a look at the progress of the EEOC in regard to the use of background checks as a weeding process for HR departments flooded with resumes. This week we do just that.
It all sounds good, but are the new guidelines enforceable? Hey, EEOC, walk the walk! Going after big business is great, but how about the strip center level mom and pop shops that blatantly disregard the guidelines?
